He was born on January 14, 1956 in Washington, DC to late Vincent Ralph Tayman, Sr. and Mildred Cecelia Windsor Tayman.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister, Susan Fenwick and brother, Jimmy Tayman.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and tinkering on small engines. However, he especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Chris is survived by his children, Christopher W. Tayman, Jr. (Kelly) of Roseland, VA, Matthew Tayman (Katie) of Hollywood, MD and William Tayman of Hollywood, MD; three brothers, Wayne Tayman (Eileen) of Chaptico, MD, Russell Tayman (Melissa) of Hughesville, MD, Buddy Tayman (Virginia) La Plata, MD; three sisters, Patricia Windsor (Pete) of Mechanicsville, MD, Mary Lou Harris ( George) of Hollywood, MD and Tracey Gardiner (John) of Leonardtown, MD; and 5 grandchildren, Joshua, Nicholas Alison, Kameron and Stephanie.
Family will receive friends for Chris' Life Celebration on Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life Service at 4:00 p.m., at the Brinsfield Funeral Home, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650.
