Janet Mae Piaro, age 82, of Lomira, WI formerly Amberg, WI died Tuesday January 2, 2018, at Hope Health and Rehab Center, Lomira, WI. She was born in Amberg on April 1, 1935; daughter of the late Carl and Edith Anderson.
Janet was united in marriage to Robert Piaro on November 3, 1956 in Milwaukee, WI.
They moved to Amberg in 1986 from Milwaukee and she was employed at the former Bank North for 15 years. Janet enjoyed reading, feeding the birds, gardening, crossword puzzles and scrabble. She was a former member of the Amberg American Legion Auxiliary.
Janet is survived by her children: Cheryl Doss, Barbara Schobat, Beth (Daryl) Erdman, John (Karla) Piaro, and Bob (Judy) Piaro;
seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren;
and a brother, Roger Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; granddaughter, Crystal; siblings: Dennis and Pamela; and a son-in-law, Bryan.
Family and friends may call on Saturday January 6, 2018, at the United Presbyterian Church in Amberg from 12pm (noon) until the time of the funeral at 1pm. Pastor Don Landwehr will officiate. Burial will be in the Amberg Cemetery this Spring.
