Janet Strickland Norris, 71, wife of James “J.D.” Norris, passed away July 1, 2017.
Born in Ninety Six, SC, she was a daughter of the late Prentise and Julia Owensby Strickland. Janet was an amateur radio operator with the call letters of “KF4REJ”.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one brother, Randy Strickland (Barbara) of Anderson; one sister, Sandra Jones (Larry) of N. Myrtle Beach; nine nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Burial at Graceland Cemetery, West.
