She was born October 7, 1940 in Jacksonville, Illinois to Bud Price and Lou Price. She married Robert Eugene Foster on September 17, 1962 in Missouri.
She worked for Olin Corp in the Primer Department for 37 years. Brenda was a member of the United Methodist Church of Shipman, IL and Bethlehem Baptist Church of Shipman, Illinois. She enjoyed cooking, fishing and outdoors.
She is survived by her spouse; daughters, Tammy (Doug) Huffines and Marcia (Dale) Burjes; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Jim (Bonnie) Stevens and Russell Stevens; sister, Bobby (Herb) Dixon and several nieces and nephews.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Linda Wagoner, Loretta Custer and Louise Jones.
