Margaret Rose Mayer, 85, of The Villages, Florida, passed away on May 16 at The Villages Hospice House. She was born in East Orange, NJ. Prior to retiring, Margaret had worked as a receptionist for Hummel Distribution Corp.
Mrs. Mayer was active in her community with Clown Alley, her clown name was Honeybee. She was also a member of St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, where she was a communicant and a member of the bereavement ministry.
Margaret leaves behind to cherish her memory, her beloved husband of 62 years, Raymond G. Mayer, and children Sharon and Robert Rial of Cranford, NJ, Kenneth and Lisa Mayer of VT, Brian and Lisa Mayer of Lumberton, NJ and Sean and Sue Mayer of Lafayette NJ, 9 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.
A memorial will be held at a future date in New Jersey.
