Williston - Services for Frankie Cornelas Hutto, 83, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Folk Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Folk Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is 7-9 tonight at the funeral home. Mr. Hutto died Friday. Born in Barnwell County, he was a son of the late Luther Hutto and Clara Still Hutto. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a Prisoner of War.
