Patricia was very involved in rodeos growing up, and always had a special love for her horse, Ginger. Later on she was interested in raising sheep and goats for the Marshall County 4 H and the Madill FFA, where she was a big supporter of youth of all ages. She supported livestock shows, speech contests, anything that involved young people. She enjoyed walking around with all the livestock, going to shows, and worrying about her son, Chris. She was known for her “sweet disposition and kind spirit”. Even in the hospital these last few days the nurses commented, “she is the sweetest patient we believe we have ever taken care of”. She was constantly saying how “sorry, she was to be a bother and that she was okay”.
She is survived by her husband Bill Spence of Kingston, Ok, Son, Christopher of Ames, Iowa, brother Todd Dixon and wife Amy of Monroe, LA, James Fogle of Wynona, TX, Aunt Billie Jo Spence of Tishomingo, OK and Uncle Dick and wife Sandy Burrows of South Padre Island, TX and many other friends and family members.
