Beloved wife of Herbert Todd; loving mother of Pamela Hendricks, Paula Hurdle, and the late Gregory Hurdle; dear mother-in-law of Fran Hurdle; dear grandmother of Scott hurdle, Christina Hendricks, and Brian Hendricks; great grandmother of Jaylen, Malik, and Imani Hendsricks; dear sister of the late Tobey Lowry, Annie Cherry, and Jane Davis. Julia and Herbert met many years ago at the Mound City Medical Center and have been married for 48 years. Born and raised in Savanna, TN, she moved to St. Louis to complete her high school education at Sumner. From there, she attended Harris Stowe Teacher's College and received her training as an X-Ray technician at Homer G. Philips Hospital in St. Louis. For the past 34 years, she served in many hospitals and city clinics. Though a hard worker, she and Herbert enjoyed travelling together. SERVICES: Visitation 4-8pm Wednesday, June 28, 2017 KRIEGSHAUSER MORTUARY WEST CHAPEL 9450 Olive Blvd., Olivette. Please meet at St. Richard Catholic Church 11223 Schuetz Rd, St. Louis, MO 63146 for 10am Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, June 29, 2017. Entombment to follow in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
