Ralph was the son of Zachary T. Clemmons and Mary E. Church and the husband of Loretta Hatfield.
RALPH L. CLEMMONS
Ralph L. Clemmons, 76, 10703 Bennington, died yesterday at Veterans hospital. He was born in Shellsburg, Iowa, and had lived here 55 years. He was an accountant in the financial department of Kansas City for 27 years before retiring. He was a member of the Red Bridge Baptist Church.He was a life member of Northeast Memorial Veterans of Foreign Wars, post No. 1219. He was a member of Company A 140th infantry. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Loretta Clemmons of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Myra Gilstrap, 3608 East 106th terrace; a brother, B. G. Clemmons, 103 East Seventy-ninth terrace, and two granddaughters. Services will be at 1:30 o'clock Monday at the McGilley's Midtown Chapel; burial in Green Lawn Cemetery. Memorial services will be at 7 o'clock Sunday night by the Veterans of Foreign Wars post at the chapel, where friends may call after 3 o'clock Sunday.
