Cynthia Louise Valentine, age 54, of Delta, Ohio, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2005, in her home. She was born in Wauseon on August 20, 1950, the daughter of the late Robert Smith and Louise (Rowland) Smith. Cindy married Gary W. Valentine in 1967.
She was a lifetime member of Our Lady of Fatima Church. Gardening and homemaking were her favorite pastimes, but her love in life was spending time with and caring for her family. She enjoyed cooking for her husband, teaching life lessons to her children, watching her grandchildren's sporting events, spending time with her mom and shopping with her sister. Cindy was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend who will be dearly missed.

Two Daughters, Daughter-Ryndell (Chad) Bzovi of Wauseon Daughter-Trisha (Tyson) Langenderfer of Sylvania. One Son, Son-Aaron (Kelly) Valentine of Toledo Her Mother, Mother-Louise Smith of Lyons. Three Sisters, Sister-Patty (Bob) Slagle of Delta Sister-Connie Smith of Wauseon. Sister-Debbie (Kenny) Hudik of Lyons. One Brother, Brother-Bill (Phyllis) Smith of Lyons. Three grandchildren: Collin, Morgan, and Carter Bzovi of Wauseon
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Smith, her mother-in-law Charlene Valentine, and her sister's in law, Jeanette Valentine and Ila Mae Andrews
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 9, 2005 at St. Caspar Catholic Church in Wauseon, with the Rev. Father Robert Holden, officiating. Interment will follow in the Winameg Cemetery.
