Extract The Kentucky Post USA Friday 29 October 2004 Obituary Robert L.Callahan, 86, of Taylor Mill, died at 11:37 p.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North, Covington. He was a retired letter carrier with the U.S. Postal Service, a member of the St. Anthony Fun Club with St. Anthony Church in Taylor Mill, and a member of the Postal Carriers Union. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Bernadette Mack Callahan ; a son, James Thomas Callahan of Burlington; daughters, Patricia Ann Pelley of Burlington and Cynthia Jean Bramlage of Fort Wright; a sister, Alice Callahan of Clearwater, Florida.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Church, Latonia. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. Saturday. Mr. Callahan bequeathed his body to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Memorials are suggested to St. Charles Adult Day Health Program, 500 Farrell Drive, Covington, Ky. 41011; or St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, 401 E. 20th St., Covington, Ky. 41014. Connley Brothers Funeral Home, Latonia, is handling arrangements.
