Cathy Lamb White, age 65, of Huntsville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, the 29th of June at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born to James Otis Lamb and Marjorie Joyce Lamb, in her beloved hometown of Tuscaloosa, where she grew up with her brothers and sisters. Cathy worked at First Protective Life Insurance in Huntsville for almost ten years before she retired in 2013 due to her illness. She was a beloved wife and mother who gave everything she had to her family and her faith. Cathy had a servant’s heart and never met a stranger.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 6th, at Southside Baptist Church in Huntsville with a memorial service following. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
