Randy Hoffman, 37, died at 12:35 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2002, at his home of natural causes.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lamb Funeral Home with Ross Littlepage officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

A native of Amarillo, Texas, he was born, Sept. 8, 1964, the son of Carol Ann Bush Hawkins, Hopkinsville.

He was employed by Pizz-A-Roma, was a Navy veteran and a member of Woodmen of the World.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his stepfather, Gerald Hawkins; his wife, Rebecca Hoffman; two stepsons, Nathan Ray and Jason Scott Lamb, a brother, Tommy Hoffman, Hopkinsville, a stepbrother, Ray Hawkins, White Hall, Mich.; five stepsisters, Michelle Vollmer and Tammy Levandoski, both of Grand Haven, Mich., Diane Hardsky, Spring Lake, Mich., Kelly Hawkins, Holton, Mich., Debbie Shatwell, Oregon, his maternal grandfather, Ray Bush, Estes Park, Colo., and one step-grandchild.
