oyce Carson, age 75, of Covington passed away June 24, 2017. She was born January 8, 1942 in Missouri to Tony Harold and Lillian Evelyn Williams. Joyce grew up in Missouri and graduated from Pacific High School before moving to Georgia in 1968. She worked for the State of Georgia and enjoyed antiquing along with spending time with her friends and family especially her granddaughter Erin; she was a great conversationalist and loved to talk on the phone catching up with friends and family.
Ms. Carson is survived by her daughter and son-in-law; Angela and Mark Donaldson of Covington, her granddaughter; Erin Donaldson of Covington; her sisters; Carol Ann Jett, Jerri Kim Smith and Jo Lynn Stephenson all of Missouri, along with many beloved nieces, nephews, other family and close friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12 o’clock Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00am until service time on Saturday. J.C.
