Mr. Dale Eugene Webb
Jun 6, 1936 - May 22, 2017

Mr. Dale Eugene Webb, 80, was born on June 6, 1936 to the late Frank and Elzie Webb in Blair, Oklahoma and passed away on May 22, 2017 in Houston, Texas.

Pop touched many lives in his community through Sheldon Little League, square dancing, Dale's C&W, Dale's Enterprises and just day to day living.

Pop served as Lance Corporal (E-3) in the United States Marine Corp. operating heavy equipment from January 1958 to January 1960. He continued to serve in the Marine Corps Reserve and Recruitment District until January 1964.

Pop worked as an equipment operator, instrument and electrical technician, supervisor and was the maintenance planner and manager when finally retiring from Lyondell Chemical.
Pop has always been an entrepreneur. He built greenhouses to sell greenery to florist, built and vented storage units, built numerous shops and rental apartments, invested in rental properties, built, owned and operated Dale's C&W studio which still is in operation today teaching gymnastics and dance. No challenge or job was too big or too small for Pop's determination to hand build from the ground up.

Pop loved feeding his ducks and fish in his pond. He looked forward to play with his dog, Ginger. He enjoyed fishing, shrimping, kayaking and hunting. He mostly loved his friends, family and community. He was a loving man that reached out and touched and blessed many lives along the way. He did not meet a stranger. His smile and laughter could fill your heart.

Pop is preceded in death by his parents: Ora Franklin Webb and Elzie Schneider Webb; brothers: Danny Webb and Helbert Webb and great-granddaughter: Callie Faith Pennington.
He is survived by his son: Daniel Eugene Webb and wife Cindy and daughter Danelle Webb Mullins and husband Brett; grandchildren: Brian Webb and wife Isaura, Zach Webb and wife Lindsay, Jacob Mullins and wife Kristi, Christy Mullins Cisneros and husband Danny, Amber Mullins Pennington and husband Jake; great-grandchildren: Cheyenne Mullins, Brantley Mullins, Cayson Cisneros, Rylan Cisneros and Macy Pennington.
