Kevin Joe Bridges, 42, of Chippewa Falls died at the Wissota Health and Regional Vent Center in Chippewa Falls, Wis., on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006.
Kevin was born on Nov. 15, 1964, to Lawrence and Rita (Young) Bridges Jr. in Racine, Wis. Kevin attended Eau Claire Memorial High School. He had employment in home construction, auto mechanics, factory work, and various other jobs. He enjoyed writing, riding motorcycles, watching NASCAR, playing pool and poker. He especially liked to laugh with family and friends.
Kevin is survived by his fiancé, Sue Jackson of Chippewa Falls; daughters, Kandace Faye Bridges of Augusta, Beth Ann Bridges of Onalaska, Lisa Kay Bridges of Madison; sisters Kim Schultz of Hallie, Karen (Craig) Presley of Eau Claire, Kristy (Steve) Heller of Arcadia; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. His parents and grandparents preceded Kevin in death.
Funeral services for Kevin will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006, at Smith Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Doug Lebsack officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Eau Claire, Wis., at a later date. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the services.
