I am Cheryl's aunt entering this memorial for her as I entered one for her mother. I used to stay during the summers when school was out to baby sit her while my sister, her mother, and her father worked. Cheryl was the daughter of James Alton, and Charlotte Mae Rogers Ingram who passed in 2015. She had cerebral palsy and beginning at age 12 lived at Greene Valley Hospital and Institute in Greenville, TN for patient's with disabilities and the staff there was very passionate with her care. The facility was closed and she was moved to other facilities and became very sick after developing pneumonia that eventually took her life at age 64. At a very young age, she was a beautiful child with long blond hair and big blue eyes.

Cheryl's Paternal grandparents were Clark and Glenna Sykes/Sikes Ingram and maternal grandparents were Willie Buck and Lucille Annie Hudson Rogers, all of High Point, NC and now deceased.

Surviving is her father, James A. Ingram of Elizabethton, TN and two sisters: Barbara Ingram Wilcox (husband: William "Bill" Wilcox), of Johnson City, TN and Joy Ingram Watts of Elizabethton, TN. Also surviving are many aunts and uncles of NC and TN.
