Victor E Anderson,54, who died Friday at a hospital in Mason City of cancer, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Deer Creek Luteran Church in Carpenter. Burial will be in the Deer Creek Cemetery.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Alma Anderson of St.Ansgar, three brothers: Russell of Manly, Neil of Plymouth, and Dean of St.Ansgar, Mrs. Clearance Eckert of MeltonVille, Mrs. Vern VanHoiser of Manly, and Mrs. Robert Pflieger of Plymouth.
Schroder and Dunn Funeral Home in St.Ansgar is in charge of arrangements.

Funeral Services for E. Victor Anderson, 54, who died at St.Joseph Merch hospital in Mason City June 27,1975, were held at Deer Creek Lutheran Church, Carpenter, with the Rev. Englestad of St.Ansgar officiating.
Earl Victor Anderson was born in MeltonVille December 6, 1920, the son of Nels and Alma Anderson.
He attended school and spent his entire life in the MeltonVille Community. After the death of his father, he dedicated hislife to raising two small brothers and one younger sister and caring for his mother with whom he made his home.
Mr. Anderson is survived by his mother; three brothers, Russell of Manly, Neil of Plymouth, and Dean of St.Ansgar, three sisters, Mrs. Clarence {Faye} Eckert, MeltonVille, Mrs. Vern {Alta} VanHoiser of Manly and Mrs. Robert {Doris} Pfliegr of Plymouth; also several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, and a brother Howard.
Burial was in the Deer Creek Cemetery with Rev. Englestad in charge of commital services.
Personal Note:
Vic was a very nice person. He is loved & missed so very much.
