Bobby "Bob" Ray Kelly was born in 1935 & passed away on June 20, 2017. He is survived by his children Venecia Kelly (Eugene Reshanov) of Austin, TX and Paul Kelly (Katrina) of Austin, TX and Dubai, U.A.E, and his sister, Betty Menge, of Lake Charles, LA. Bob will be laid to rest at Houston National Cemetery on July 7, 2017.
