William Andrew Woolsey was the third husband of Emily Amanda Rockwell. Together they had two children: William Richard, and Lulu Belle Woolsey.
Obituary of William A. Woolsey, Deseret News, 9 Dec 1893-lists he was born in Randolph County Illinois. He went to California in 1849 & returned to Utah in 1872 where he followed mining as an occupation. (His name was probably William Andrew (not Henry) Woolsey according to his obituary.) He was a member of the sixth Ward in Salt Lake City & died of consumption.
