Surviving are two daughters: Kayla Hawk, Ada, and Kori Hawk, Harrod; a stepson, Garrett (Susan) Birchfield, Harrod; a brother, Steven (Kay), Harrod; and a sister, Kathy (Robert) Hawk-Clowers, Lima.
Deceased is a brother, Edmund.
A 1975 graduate of Allen East High School, he was a self-employed millwright and previously worked for Spallinger Millwright, Lima. He was a member of the Hog Creek Game Club.
