Mrs. Georgia Ann Boyd, age 75 of Winnsboro, passed away on Sunday, June 25th, 2017 in Winnsboro. She was born on April 20th, 1942 in Dallas, TX, to the late George Giesen and Margaret Eagen Giesen. Mrs. Boyd was retired from Brookshires of Winnsboro, where she worked as an Office Cashier. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Winnsboro, and was preceded in death by parents, a brother, Gary Giesen, grandson, Joshua Eric Cherry and son-in-law, Eddie Cherry. She is survived by her husband, Tommy Boyd of Winnsboro; daughters, Debra Jean Rouse and husband Willy of Lindale, Robin Boyd Cherry and James Malone of Winnsboro, Krystal Ann Cook and husband David of Winnsboro, and Shannon Paige Hyser and husband Mike of Naples, FL; a brother, George Giesen; sisters, Lenora Smith and Helen McLain; eleven grandchildren, Kristofer Rouse, Cody Rouse, John David Rouse, Joshua Cherry, Jeremy Cherry, Adam Cook, Abigail Bottoms, Addyson Cook, Bryson Hyser, Dalton Hyser and Miken Hyser, two great-grandchildren, Aubri Rouse and Raylan Cherry.
