Known to all for her love of family, friends and her church family and friends, Dianne was truly a sweet and gentle spirit. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and, according to her sister Debbie, made *the best* deer steak ever. The family counted on it on Christmas Day.
She was the oldest of two daughters born to Horace Hanby Rutherford, Jr. and Mary Ann Burris. She married Raymond Allen Pittman on 8 Dec 1967.
After a courageous and lengthy battle with cancer, Dianne slipped away from us with her family at her side on 23 Jun 2017.
She will be greatly missed.
