Lois Azile Arnold, age 88, of Crete, IL, formerly of New Market, AL, passed away June 23, 2017. She was born in New Market, AL on December 12, 1928, to the late William Tyrea and Sarah Catherine Davis Oldfield. She was an assembly line inspector and a member of the Baptist church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Arnold is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Glendon Arnold and her son David Arnold.

Mrs. Arnold is survived by one daughter, Brenda (Richard) Klein of Woodstock, IL; two sons, Kelvin Arnold of Crete, IL and Bruce Arnold of Falcon, CO and four grandsons, Joseph, Richard, Paul and Andrew.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 11 AM in chapel of the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grave Cemetery in Plevna, AL. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 5 until 8 PM at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home.
