Richard Allen Conner was born in Davenport, IA on June 18, 1957, the son of Charles and Pearl Kay (Phillips) Conner. He enjoyed his job as a maintenance worker at the Pine Ridge Apartments in Moline and loved helping people and solving problems.
Richard was avid Cubs fan since childhood. He loved sitting at his neighborhood tavern having a beer and watching the Cubs, Bears and Hawkeyes. He was also an amazing fisherman and loved reading his western novels.
Those left to honor his memory include - his Stepmom: Vera Conner; 3 Sons: Jacob Conner of Davenport, IA, Joshua Conner of Bethlehem, PA, and Michael Conner of Bettendorf, IA; a Brother: Curt (Andrea) Conner of Bettendorf, IA; 2 Sisters: Rebecca (Jeff) Wierenga of Port Byron, IL, and Tracy Seiler (Rick Fielder) of North Liberty, IA; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Michael.
