Born on August 17,1928, Margaret A. (Peg) Curry died peacefully on June 26, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Leo T. and Alice Curry, who were celebrated Vaudevillians. She was predeceased by her brother Edward (Pat) and sister in-law Katy Curry, as well as her great nephew Brian and his father Dr. Saul Wilson. She is survived by her niece Patricia Curry-Wilson and Nephew Michael F Curry, as well as her great nieces Elizabeth Corry, and Marissa Curry, and Great Nephew Christopher (Jackie) Curry, and their children. She is also survived by a dear friend Susie Crosier. Peg graduated from North High School, SUNY Cortland, PACE University and City College of New York. She was a Physical Education Teacher in the Thornwood School in Westchester County for over 30 yrs. Her students and colleagues revered her long after she retired. Peg was a member of the Ya Ya Sisters, all retired teachers who maintained their friendship right up to the present day. She was a devout Catholic and went to Mass every day, when she was able.
