Randy C. Canfield, age 52 of Winona and formerly of Cannon Falls, died at home on Monday evening, August 13, 2007.Randy was born on August 16, 1954 in Mitchell, South Dakota, the son of Loren and June (Blacksten) Canfield. His family moved to Cannon Falls in 1960, and he attended school in Cannon Falls. He graduated from Cannon Falls High School in 1972, where he lettered in track.Randy, a.k.a. "Ralph",worked construction and siding throughout his life.
He married his best friend, Holly on August 19, 2000. They were married on a beautiful day, in Hawaiian style, at Thomas Park in Eagan.
He is survived by his wife, Holly of Winona; his children, Holly Morrisey, Joe (Heidi) Morrisey, Taylor and Reid Freiermuth; grandson, Quentin Morrisey; his sister, Pam (Dan) Hon; nephew, Chad Johnson; uncles, Bob and DeWayne; aunt, Roberta.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and infant brother, Loren Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be Taylor and Reid Freiermuth, Dan Hon, Chad Johnson, Dan Robinson, Gary Wilson, Alex Howell and Jackson Benson.
