12 pm FAYE DENISE WARDLAW, age 29, of Cynthiana, died Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville. She was born in Lexington, August 24, 1987 to Dan Wardlaw of Cynthiana and Teresa Riley of Louisville.
Besides her parents, she is survived by three daughters, Natalia "Cami" Gonzales, Sophia Cassidy Wardlaw and Onalie Adkins; her husband, Zach Adkins; her step-mother, Shelia Wardlaw; a step-brother, Billy Denkins; two sisters, Christina Riley and Alexandria Riley and a step-sister, Jennifer Bright.
A memorial service will be conducted 12:00 P.M. Friday, July 7, 2017 at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Richard Kendall with visitation at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in Fairfax, Ohio.
