Joseph W. Stallard, a former well known citizen of this city, died at the residence of his son in Russellville, Putnam County, Friday, July 10, of senility, aged ninety-one years, The remains will be brought here on the 3:29 train to-day and interred in the city cemetery, under the auspices of the F. and A. M., of this city. Funeral in charge of Edwards and Bateman.
