Our Special Lady Billie M. Myers left us late in the afternoon of Monday June 26, 2017. Our loss is her return to great health and happiness! Billie passed away at gently in her sleep at home. Her passing was much sooner than expected and the result of an extended illness.

Billie Was born in Tooele, Utah and soon moved to the Sun Valley, Idaho area, where her family owned a cabin motel. Later in her childhood the family moved to Twin Falls, Idaho, opened a motel; which her mother Mary DeWaal managed while her Dad Leonard DeWaal dad worked as a butcher. Billie loved talking to the guests and hearing about their travels.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Mary DeWaal, sister Donna (DeWaal) Winterholer and Brothers Allen, Jerry and Gary DeWaal. She is survived by her husband Robert Myers, Daughter Kristi (Doyle) Bethke, sons Jeff and Scott Doyle along with grand children and many more loving extended family members.

The in-laws from Roberts family include Cathie Reay(Robert’s sister) and her husband George Reay. Roberts son Jason Myers and his wife Desiree’ Myers along with grand children and many more extended family members.

As an adult Billie moved to Pocatello. She worked hard as a single parent to raise her Family, Jeff, Kristi and Scott. She married Bob Doyle and later divorced. She later married Robert Myers.

Billie was a Teachers Aide, the founder of Guys and Gals Dating Service, owner of Treasures Used Store and Specialty shop. Both business were successful and sold. Billie was also involved Bannock Boys Baseball. She was also a member of Pocatello Single Civitans, this is where she met Robert.

We wish to send a special thank you to our new family at Encompass Home Health and Hospice. They were spectacular!

Please join us at Wilks Funeral Home at 4:15 on Saturday July 1st, 2017 for her funeral and life celebration. There will be a brief viewing from 4:00-4:15pm prior to the service.
