Anna L. Byrd, 85, of Lawsonia, died Saturday, March 24th, at McCready Memorial Hospital of respiratory failure.
She was born here and was the daughter of the late William E. and Jenny Foster Tyler. Her husband, William A. "Trip" Byrd, died in 1966.
She was a retired seamstress and attended the Wesleyan Church here.
Surviving is one daughter, Betty F. Spence of Crisfield; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 27th at 2:00 p.m. at Bradshaw and Sons Funeral Home here. The Rev. Robert Daniels and the Rev. Howard P. Ketterman, Sr. officiated. Burial was in Asbury Cemetery.
