Mr. Jerry Ray Haynes 66 of Shelbyville died Sunday, June 25th, at Centennial Medical Center.
Jerry was the son of the late Julian Ray Haynes and Algie Woodard Haynes. He was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Phillip Lemmon. He was a carpenter, and a member of the Baptist Church. He loved and cherished his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Scotty Ray Haynes, Candi Haynes Lemmon, Michaele (Todd) Schrock; sister, Connie Haynes all of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Jason Lemmon, Heather Lemmon, Bridgette Haynes, Scotty Haynes Jr., Tyler Locke, Kayla Hastings, Brittany Locke; eight great grandchildren and his Life Long Friend, Joyce Smith.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening from
4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 28th, at Hillcrest Funeral Home Rev. Randall Harmon officiating.
Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
