Albert Waller married Jane Elizabeth Creswell
Son: James Leonard Waller (1842) died in Confederate service at age 17 at Winchester, VA and it is his statue which tops the Confederate monument at the Court House here, the cost having been paid by his brother, C.A.C. Waller – the marble carved in Italy
