Frank was born in Wilmington and raised his family in Elsmere. He was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service for over 30 years, retiring in 1993. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and was a shop Steward at the Local Letter Carriers Union. He was an avid golfer and also enjoyed fishing.

Frank was survived by his loving children, Frank, Janelle, Joan, and Sandra, and their spouses, and his beloved grandchildren, Jamie, Frank III, Brad, Marc, Jacob, Eric, Alex, Rachel and Sarah, and one great-granddaughter: Rosalyn.

Frank dearly loved his wife of over 40 years, Joan B (Curran) Goralski, and was preceded in death by her and their beloved daughter, Michelle "Shelly" (Goralski) Lukaszewicz. He was also preceded in death by his mother, Agnes Marchello, and his brother, Edward F Goralski.

Frank was a member of Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, and his funeral was held there on August 21, 2003, followed by burial, with his dear wife, in Cathedral Cemetery.
