He was born April 21, 1925, in Smock, the son of the late John and Ella (Fudala) Kieta.
He proudly service his country in the US Navy during World War II. After the war, he worked at Anchor Hocking Glass for 32 years, until his retirement.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Connellsville.
He was a member of the Polish Club, the V. F. W. Post 3514, and the La Pieta Prayer Group.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Margaret (Peperak) Kieta, in 2015.
