Anne Elizabeth Helm, second daughter of Judge Thomas (1731-1816) and Jane Pope Helm (c1744-1821), was born February 27, 1775, in Fauquier County, Va. She married in 1792, Thomas M. McIntire/McIntyre (c1771-ante1807). He had a land grant of 560 acres in Hardin County, Ky. and was a justice of the peace. Their seven children were Sarah Elizabeth (c1794-1853); Jane Pope (1795-1851); Cecelia who married (1) William Lewellyn, and (2) in 1829, Benjamin Tobin (c1795?-); Rawleigh (1800-); Thomas T. who married Eliza Evans; Charles; and Lloyd McIntire (c1808-) who married Elizabeth (c1810-) and had nine children.

Anne Elizabeth Helm died c1807. Her husband, Thomas M. McIntire, died before January 15, 1807. They are buried in Hardin County, Ky.
