Mr. Lewis was born January 20, 1980, in Flora, IL, the son of Ronald G. and Lisa J. Hurd Lewis.
He was a self-employed roofer and carpenter, and a member of Louisville United Methodist church.
Survivors include his father and mother; grandmother, Anna Mae Lewis; three sisters, Ashley Belcher, Hannah and Marcy Lewis.
Funeral services were hled at Neal Funeral Home in Louisville with burial in Floral Garden of Memories in Flora.
