A lifelong resident of Erie, David had worked in retail management for most of his life until he started his own handyman business in 2014. He was an active member of the Erie All-City Marching Band Boosters for the last 15 years, serving as treasurer for the past 12 years.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Daryl Wayne Beardsley.
David is survived by two sisters Cheryl Seib (Arthur III) of Erie; Kathleen Scott (Gale) of Harborcreek; brother Richard H. Beardsley (Karen) of Ellentown, Fla., along with nine nieces and nephews and their families.
Burial in North East Cemetery.
