Mrs. Bessie Mansfied, 73, of 14 Lash St. died early Tuesday morning in Sheltering Arms Hospital.
Daughter of the late Ira and Harriett Brickels Haning, she is survived by her husband, Harry, a son, Raymond Cuckler, Albany Rd. four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Ed Martin, Pleasant Hill Rd; Mrs. W. O. Pratt, Pleasant Valley Rd. and Mrs. William Blackstone, Athens.
Her first husband, Melvin Cuckler, a brother, Blaine , and a sister, Eve, died previously.
Mrs. Mansfield was a member of the former Pleasant Valley Methodist Church.
Friends may call after Wednesday noon at the Jagers and Sons funeral home, where services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday by the Lt. Robert Wratten, with burial in Alexander Cemetery.
