Born June 3, 1927, in Casey County, he was the son of the late Jesse J. and Martha Ellen Maxey Terrell.
A tile and carpet installer, he attended Maxey's Valley Church of God and Gethsemane Baptist Church and was a Kentucky Colonel.
Survivors include his wife, Lillie Catherine Morgeson Terrell of Danville; a son, Ronnie Terrell of Dunnville; a step-daughter, Margaret Hundley of Perryville; a sister, Dorothy Mullins of Danville; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. Michael Osborne. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery.
