She married Amos Radcliffe on June 26, 1937 at Tulare, Spink County, South Dakota.
They moved to California in 1962.
Hazel was survived by her husband, two sons, one daughter, Joyce Roberts of San Diego; four grandchildren, her mother, Maude McIntyre of Tulare; one sister, Mae Scheffel of Redfield, South Dakota & one brother, Raymond McIntyre of Redfield.
She was preceded in death by her father.
