ELKHART - Carolyn K. Cash, 69, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at Elkhart Hospice House.
Carolyn was born on August 31, 1947, in South Bend, to Jack and Irene (De Cook) Grall. She was preceded in death by father; brother, Jack “Butch” Grall; stepdaughter, Claudia Cash; and stepson, Mark Cash.
On February 16, 1968, in Ringold, GA, as the former Carolyn Grall, she married Thomas A. Cash. He preceded her in death on September 1, 2005.
Surviving are her mother, Irene Staley of Elkhart; daughter, Jackie (Michael) Pressler of Elkhart; son, Thomas A. (Terri) Cash Jr. of Elkhart; stepdaughter, Sheila (John) Hunscker of Douglas, KS; stepson, Wayne (Dena) Cash of Goddard, KS; five grandchildren, Savannah, Dylan, Drew, Kelsey and Thomas III; sisters, Ruth Ann Berry of Elkhart and Diana Grall of Mishawaka; and brother, Mike Grall of Edwardsburg, MI.
Carolyn worked as a Financial Officer for Beneficial Financial before she retired. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a good woman and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 26, in the funeral home, with Wayne Cash officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger.
