WADE, Phillip Lee, 68, of Sandston, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017. He was formerly employed by Waco, Inc. Phillip enjoyed volunteering his free time at his church, New Life Worship Center in Henrico, Va., and with Pennies For Heaven. He loved and lived for the Lord and his church. Phillip was preceded in death by his father, Winfred Lee Wade; wife, Patricia Lowe Wade; and daughter, Susan Wade. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Edith Robinson Wade; siblings, Patricia Waters, Vickie Turner (Ed) and Jeffrey Wade; niece, Katie Miller (Chris); and great-nephews, Gabe and Zach. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 22, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m., officiated by Rev. Terry Swiney. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
