Born November 29, 1948 in New Brighton, he was the son of the late Thomas A. Rouser and Ora Jean McConahy Rouser Zigler of Sarasota FL. He was married for 38 years to June “Judy” Nath Rouser, who survives. They were married on November 10, 1973.
Thomas retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Master Sergeant in October of 1990. He then worked and retired from the New Castle Post Office in July of 2011 where he was a letter carrier.
In addition to his wife, Judy, he is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jean (Olan) Zigler of Sarasota, FL; two sons, Stephen (Erica) Rouser of Hancock, MI, Jeffrey (Katie) Rouser of Olathe, KS; sister, Patti Stanley of University Park, FL; and his beloved grandpuppy, Escher.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday September 21, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 341 Main Street Wampum.
Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 11:00 am with Rev. David A. Alleman of the Clinton United Methodist Church officiating.
Interment will follow in Clinton Cemetery. Military rites will be offered by the Veterans Honor Guard.
