Mary S. Proby, age 91 of Cowan, died Sunday, March 9, 2003 at Southern Tennessee Skilled Care. She was bon in Franklin County and worked as a supervisor, last employed by Genesco. She is survived by her husband, J. T. Proby of Cowan. Graveside services were Monday, March 10, 2003, at Cowan-Montgomery Cemetery with Rev. Norman Cox officiating. Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge.
