Rebecca M. (Becky) Harmon of Menomonie, WI passed away peacefully, Saturday, June 17, 2017 at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Becky was born December 16, 1949 in Eau Claire, WI to Richard Harmon and Elsie (Christopherson) Harmon Dahl. She grew up in numerous locations throughout Wisconsin and graduated from Colfax High School.

She is survived by her brothers Mark (Julie) Harmon of Colfax and Daniel (Brenda) Dahl of Eau Claire, sisters Debra (Wesley) Friedli of Colfax and step sister Sandy (Bob) Hall of Eau Claire. Additional survivors include nephews Marty (Missy) Harmon, Chris (Angie) Harmon, Doug (Jodi) Dahl, Cory (Emily) Dahl, Blake (Karla) Friedli, Amy Hall, Angie (Mike) Oplinger as well as numerous great nephews and nieces. Becky is also survived by special friends Nancy Dimberio, Marcia Oas and beloved “fur babies” Mikky and Sammy Sue.

Becky was preceded in death by her parents and step-brother Larry Dahl.

Becky, former owner of the Village Inn in Colfax, enjoyed fishing, playing cards, grilling and summers camping in Chetek, as well as gambling. Throughout the years Becky played league softball, pool, bean bags and golf treasuring the friendships that resulted. Mostly, she enjoyed her days sharing her laughter and zest for life with her friends and family.

Becky was a longtime member of the Dunn County Tavern League and member of Dunn County Humane Society.

A celebration of Becky’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie followed by a “party” at Becky’s request, located at Dean and Sue’s Bar in Menomonie. A private burial will take place at a later date. There will be visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

Memorials can be made to the Dunn County Humane Society in honor of Becky.
