Harold "Whitey" Reynolds, formerly of Danville, passed away June 19, 2017 at Alamance-Caswell Hospice Home. He was born on February 14, 1920 in Callands, to Ora Isabelle Aaron Reynolds Wehry and William Edgar Reynolds. Whitey graduated top of his class from high school, and lived most of his life in Danville, until April 2017 when he moved to Burlington, to be closer to his daughter. He retired from Dan River Mills as an Overseer in the Riverside Division and was a member of Timberlake Baptist Church.
He was also predeceased by a son, Mark Anthony Reynolds, a baby sister, Jacqueline, 3 months, sister, Ruby Mae, half-sister, Dorothy Lorraine Atkins and half-brother Jack Reynolds. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Adams Reynolds; daughter, Carol Reynolds Wynn (Mike); three grandchildren; half-sister Dorothy Jackson; half-brother Bill Reynolds.
Burial will be in Highland Burial Park.
