Ida married second George R. Young on June 25, 1906, in Gibson County, Tennessee. Ida and George were the parents of three children--James, Harold, and Ruth Young.

According to her Death Certificate, Ida is buried in Forest Hill Cemetery, located in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee.
