Norma Horn-Smith was called home by the Lord Saturday on June 17, 2017. Norma was a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Norfork, and had a close and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. She lived most of her life in Old Joe, Arkansas.

She was loving and kind to everyone, and never met a stranger. She enjoyed working in her flower garden, singing hymns, reading her Bible, and spending time her family. She loved baseball and was an avid fan of The Atlanta Braves.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Eugene Harmon Horn, of 30 years, seven siblings, five grandchildren, and Charles Smith. She is survived by her son Henry Horn (Donna) and daughters Betty Whitehead (Carroll), Dean Parnell (Everett), Allene Jones (Pat), Pat Blades (Randy), Jesse Johnson and a step-daughter Deloris Horn Curington. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Sunday evening, June 25, 2017 from 5pm to 8pm at the Roller Chapel in Mountain Home. The funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Norfork at 10 am, Monday, June 26, 2017. In lieu of flowers please donate to Arkansas Baptist Children's Home or the Arkansas Children's Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
