Michelle Morgan, 53, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017 at Portneuf Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
She was born October 8, 1963 in Blackfoot, Idaho the daughter of Norman Clive and Bonnie Jane Swainston Lott.
Michelle attended grade schools in Blackfoot and graduated from Blackfoot High School in 1981. She attended the School of Cosmetology in Pocatello.
She lived her lifetime in Blackfoot other than a short time she lived in Pocatello.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She managed a couple of hair salons in Chubbuck and Pocatello. She was also business partner with her husband in Agri-elec electric company.
Michelle enjoyed paranormal ghost hunting, was an animal lover, was an instructor of zumba and piyo. She enjoyed showing horses, gardening and being with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Rick, of Blackfoot; children, Denise (David) Gallegos of Blackfoot, Erik (Brittany) Morgan of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Tanner Morgan of Blackfoot; brother, Allen Clive Lott of Washington, PA., Clive (Darlene) Lott Jr. of Kuai, HI; sisters, Teri (Denny) Dugal of Modesto, CA, Vicki Smith of Pocatello, Idaho, Cheryl (Dean) Denhartog of Pocatello, and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Kelly Lott.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave., Blackfoot, Idaho.
The family will meet with friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2017 and for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
